Parts of Speech

Part of speech is a category of words sharing same properties of grammar. Words that assigned to the same part of the speech display similar behavior in terms of syntax and sometimes in terms of morphology. The eight parts of speech are articles, verbs, nouns, pronouns, adverbs, adjectives, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjection.
